For the past 27 years Near North Development Corporation (NNDC) has worked to improve the lives of the residents and businesses located in our community. Through the on-going support of our members and community stakeholders we are able to offer programs and effect change that improves the entire Near North area and makes it a great place to live, work and play. It is only through a variety of efforts including the development of housing, homeowner repair programs, brownfield remediation projects, economic development initiatives, façade improvement programs, infrastructure enhancements, and community organizing, that we are able to generate economic and social vitality in the community.
